From São Paulo to South Florida.

For chef Marta, Floré is both a continuation and a new beginning. After years of baking, including running a bakery in Brazil, she brought her experience from São Paulo to South Florida. At Floré, the flavors she grew up with meet the techniques she developed throughout her career in breads, pastries, cakes and savory favorites made fresh every day.

Floré opened in Lighthouse Point in September 2025 with a simple idea: to create a neighborhood bakery where quality, care and good food come first. Today, Brazilian favorites share the counter with French-inspired pastries, fresh bread, cakes and coffee in a welcoming place created for the community around it.
